We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of AI technologies to enhance our processes company wide and across all areas (manufacturing, logistics, HR, legal, IT, etc.), improve efficiency, and foster innovation. This role requires understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, as well as the ability to communicate and advocate for AI solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, development and implementation of AI initiatives within the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in processes
Lead preparation of Cost-Benefit analysis and business case proposals for each identified opportunity and present it to the management team
Manage development and deployment of AI tools (externally or internally) to optimize production in the company, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Advocate for AI adoption and educate stakeholders on the benefits and potential applications of AI technologies
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and integrate relevant technologies into the company's operations.
Provide training and support to employees on AI tools and techniques
Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure the proper infrastructure and data management practices are in place for AI initiatives
Drive continuous improvement of AI tools and AI practices in the company
Set up legal and security framework (measures) for usage of AI tools withing the company
Communicate effectively with top management to align AI initiatives with business goals and strategies
Act as supportive consultant to top management in AI related area
Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or others
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with industry trends
Proficiency in English and Czech languages
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems would be desirable but not mandatory
